its been a while but I hope to make this a constant thing.

Thats it. I'm updating my blog. For reals this time. Yousee, I hate going on the internet at my house because it takes forever.

But here at the library it is much faster and I can update my blog without too much difficulty. I don't have too much to show you on my new jump drive, unfortunately. But I'll show what I have.

Here's some random kids that got stuck up some random tree. I felt the need to draw the two kids, and so I decided, since it was a night scene, it would be appropriate to put them up a sprawling tree. I think it came out all right.

This is a disaster I thought I'd post because its so weird for me. I never do crap like this. It's Tommy's first day at Escher School.

Believe it or not I have aspirations to be an authot/illustrator, so I have to find a way to keep up a writing blog. I've done this before with art by gossiping about everyone I knew and drawing caricatures of them. I don't think I can really pull that off anymore. Even though it did get people to read my blog.

I've been working on my story for my BFA. I decided I wanted to do something more informational, since those are the types of unsolicited submissions that are being accepted right now. Of course my mind went straight to Tycho Brahe and Johannes Kepler, but it has been a very difficult story to write. So far I've rewritten it every time I look at it, and at this rate my BFA will be the first line:

This is a story about a monarch and a mathemetician.

and then a really big happy face.

Framed appropriately in black of course, Jason would have it no other way.

I've been working on a project that I've thought up for a while but never really started sorting through, its an excuse to continue playing with graphic design. anyways, here's a scrap from it.

PS I totally just caught someone drawing me in the library. He coughed and then walked away. He should never be ashamed.

Umm...don't judge me. But this is Sarah (Crane), your new visiting teacher, and I found your blog through Josh Fronk's blog who used to be in my old ward...yada, yada, yada. At any rate, I'm not stalking you (although I might actually be now, now that I think of it), but I just think you're lovely. And so funny. And refreshingly thoughtful. Let us be friends. That is my request.

Ha ha ha! You caught someone drawing you???! That is great. Now you know what it feels like to be creeped out by an illustrating creeper! I'm glad you FINALLY updated!
